Changed your mind? 

Please choose your DIY Balloon Kits carefully as once the balloons have been used we can't accept these items back if you change your mind.  However if the DIY kit is in its original form we can accept these if we have had a notification within 14 days of purchase. ​

Un-satisfied with the product?

If you receive a package you did not order or if something is missing from your kit then we will aim to exchange these products within 7 working days of receiving your order.

Damaged Goods? 

We packaged and inspect all of our goods carefully before handing them over the our Courier, however if you believe your package was damaged during shipment please contact us as soon as possible. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Sale items and discounted items are final and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.  

• Returned items must have no visible sign of use or damage.  

• Returned items must have no missing items.

Additional Information: 

• Refunds, replacement or store credits can take up to 7 working days. 

• Shipping fees will be covered by Bloom Shine Events if the product is faulty, however if this is not the case the customer will have to pay this fee. 

• If the item you receive is not what you purchased then Bloom Shine Events will cover the costs to get the right DIY Balloon Kit to you within 7 working days.

Orders are processed within 1-4 business days Monday to Friday NZ time between 9am-5pm. Shipping prices are between $5-$15 depending on your purchased item and the shipping address entered; this price will be added to your total after enquiring. An additional charge of $5 will be added for Rural addresses.
