Refund Policy

REFUNDS & RETURNS 

We understand once you've ordered your product, it may not have been what you expected. We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, however only if the items are unused and in their original condition. The full order amount (minus shipping costs) will be refunded. 

 

PRODUCTS WHICH ARE INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED

 If you have been accidentally supplied the wrong product, BLOOM SHINE EVENTS will amend this mistake by sending the correct item purchased. Depending on case -by case, you may be required to return the incorrect product (which must be unused). The shipping cost will be cover by Bloom Shine Events.

 

PRODUCTS WHICH ARE FAULTY UPON ARRIVAL

LATEX BALLOONS

Due to the nature of  biodegradable latex balloons, we’re not able to test the faultiness of this product. Therefore we will not provide a refund of any faulty latex balloons. 

DAMAGED GOODS

We packaged and inspect all of our goods carefully before handing them over the our Courier, however if you believe your package was damaged during shipment please contact us as soon as possible. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Sale items and discounted items are final and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.  

  • Returned items must have no visible sign of use or damage.  

  • Returned items must have no missing items.

OTHER PRODUCTS

If the product you received is faulty upon arrival (not including latex balloons) or where the Consumer Guarantees Act applies, we will replace your product or issue a credit/refund. We will require a photo of the faulty product within 7 days of purchase/delivery. 

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

All credits, refunds or replacements will be made within 14 days from the date the refund policy was activated.
